End-User License Agreement / Terms of Service

By installing or using Print2Paper4VSCode, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use Print2Paper4VSCode. This document serves as both the End-User License Agreement (governing your rights to the source code and binaries) and the Terms of Service (governing your runtime use of Print2Paper4VSCode). Source-code rights are defined by the Code Transparency v1 license, summarized under Acceptable Use below.

Description of Service

Print2Paper4VSCode is a software product distributed by Applied Media. It runs in the environment described on this site and stores data only in locations you control (your own account properties, your own cloud storage, or your local machine, depending on the product).

Licensing and Pricing

Print2Paper4VSCode is currently free. There is no charge to install or use it, no paid tier, and no usage-based fees.

Intellectual Property

Print2Paper4VSCode and its source code, documentation, and assets are the property of Applied Media. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of Print2Paper4VSCode's intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your own data; Print2Paper4VSCode claims no rights to your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate the Code Transparency v1 license, which lets you view, audit, and contribute to the source code but does not grant rights to create derivative works, redistribute the software, or use it commercially without a separate written agreement. Contact legal@print2paper4vscode.com if you need a commercial or redistribution license.
• Circumvent licensing, trial limitations, or feature gating.
• Use Print2Paper4VSCode in a way that violates the terms of any marketplace or platform through which it is distributed.
• Redistribute Print2Paper4VSCode outside the official distribution channels.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Print2Paper4VSCode is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Applied Media does not warrant that Print2Paper4VSCode will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Applied Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Print2Paper4VSCode, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. In no event will Applied Media's total liability exceed the amount you paid for Print2Paper4VSCode in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Print2Paper4VSCode at any time by uninstalling or ceasing to access it. Applied Media may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

Applied Media may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Print2Paper4VSCode after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
